All fully paid members in good standing can request for your Mensa certificate. The certificate is free but you will need to show up at our Soapbox events to collect your certificate personally. No proxies allowed.
Presentation of Certificates for this year will be on
1. 31 Mar 2012 (Cut-off Date for Registration: 18 Mar 2012 12midnight)
2. 18 Aug 2012 (Cut-off Date for Registration: 5 Aug 2012 12midnight)
3. 15 Dec 2012 (Cut-off Date for Registration: 2 Dec 2012 12midnight)
Those who are unable to make it on the above stated dates can arrange to collect their certificates on future soapboxes. Please email membership@mensa.org.sg if you have any enquiries.
Please fill in the form by the cut-off date corresponding to the day you are collecting the certificate.
