If you would like to register for the Mensa Singapore Admissions Test, please fill in the form below. To register for a test at one of the three branches, NUS, NTU and SMU, please refer to the respective branches for their respective registration and scheduling information. The testing schedule for 2010 is as follows:

• Saturday, 6 February 2010
• Saturday, 17 April 2010(FULL)
• Saturday, 19 June 2010
• Saturday, 21 August 2010
• Saturday, 25 September 2010
• Saturday, 18 December 2010

The test will be held at the NUSS Suntec City Guild House, 5th Floor, Suntec City Tower 4.

Please note that NUSS has a dress code:

• Gentlemen: Shirts/T-Shirts without collars or sleeves, shorts or bermudas, slippers or covered sandals are not permitted
• Ladies: Shirts without collars, slippers are not permitted

Payment using Electronic Funds Transfer / Cheque

• Transfer the amount payable (S$55) to Mensa Singapore (DBS Bank Current Account No 004-020945-1) using your preferred method of Electronic Funds Transfer (e.g. Internet/Mobile Banking, ATM, etc)
• If you are using Internet Banking, please key in your name/initials and NRIC under your description or remarks field of in your Internet Banking transfer form
• If you are using an ATM, please retain your receipt of transaction for reference
• If you are paying by cheque, please mail your cheque together with a print out of this page (filled in completely) to the Mensa Office
