Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 21st Annual General Meeting of Mensa Singapore will be held on 27 March 2010 from 2:00pm to 4:30pm at the NUSS Suntec City Guild House, #05-001 Suntec City Mall, 3 Temasek Boulevard.

The business to be transacted at the Meeting is as follows:

1. President’s Welcome Address.
2. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting, and any matters arising from it.
3. To receive the various annual reports from the 20th Management Committee on the affairs of the Society
4. To receive, and if approved, to pass the Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for the Financial Year ending 31 December 2009.
5. To appoint two Auditors.
6. Any other business.
